Luis Ávila

The author is a 34-year-old Italian/Venezuelan/Spanish/Panamanian who has lived in various countries throughout their life. They studied marketing and protocol and worked in the events industry from a young age, eventually becoming a bartender and Brand Ambassador. They opened their own marketing and events agency focused on liquid arts in Panama, including a cocktail garden called "La Gintoneria." They have now moved to a larger space to open an academy and expand their courses, and have been hired by the Pernod Ricard group as a "Portfolio Specialist" in the Panamanian market.
